Thats true Garn, there is a chance that the approval will not be forthcoming, just like there is a chance a plane will fall out of the sky and crash into my house...
What i'm saying is...its unlikely not to be approved, there a plenty of good people (on both sides) working to make sure it happens.
That being said, things in this part of the world take forever and i expect they will take their sweet time. I'm not really expecting anything more to be made public till june /july.
Till then its going to be a bumpy ride.
