These report are always nice to read but most time the author has a vested interest therefore it's not surprising they spruik the stock.
Hartleys has 15Mil options so they'd love to see the sp rise.
Same with S3 (aka StocksDigital) They were given 214,285 shares in April as fees for "investor relation services"
Take them with a grain of salt.
