I assume the $50 million is the estimated of the cost of moving to mining silver, rather then just processing the silver stockpile. They have nil gold production in 2023 and all production in 2023 is silver (on page 2) and on page 9 they assume a move to mining and processing 2 million ounces of silver over 5 years from 2023. Thus it is not a second plant, but the switch from stockpile to mining that requires the $50 million borrowing.
