Good question, and it's usually related to the liver and spleen as well as these are the typical sites that a drug can accumulate in or be passed through at higher levels.
Throughout all the research I have come across, and there have been many, there is no evidence of any concern involving these organs and PPS. In fact I did a post specifically on the kidneys and how iPPS can HELP, here it is:
