i should add that Morgans didn't participate in either the institutional or retail offer and probably missed the gig which was given to Bell Potter... the same day as the offer booklet was released Morgans issues a downgrade on PAR...absolutely pathetic imo and demonstrates that brokers serve only one true purpose..themselves
