One drugs side effect of helping in another area, does not mean that it would work the opposite way. If taken for the OA possibilities alone, it would not be wise to take chemically altering drugs for the brain, especially if the patient does not have a problem with depression.
Asking the patients from previous prescriptions how their OA is now, well, that is why we have controlled trials.
