This gives me goosebumps and not in a good way. With PAR the life quality of these people could be so much better, I can't even imagine.

One thing that has not been pointed out, at least i didn't see, are the non direct effects that will have a positive impact on people. Such would be the need to live in a barrier free place, the cost of re designing home to be barrier free can be huge. Moving into a new home may be an option but involves a lot of other difficulties and cost (I personally know people who relocated from Melbourne to Perth because the climate is better). This is just one example how PAR could indirectly increase the quality of life of a large group of people.
