Those that know about PAR like myself have their holding already. Traders will come in and out but with the volume traded they can be controlled by shorters or instos keeping the price down to soak up those with week hands.
Im not in love with instos but untill they decide to take a greater position's we will struggle with the SP moving forward untill we hit their required mile stones.
