Commsec consensus, based on 1 participating broker (i.e. Morgans) is Strong Sell, so the recommendation wasn't made by Morningstar's analysts. Also according to Commsec PAR has been "Strong Sell" for awhile now, not sure why it says it was "Hold" on 5 Aug 2021 when it wasn't (unless I missed something and Morgans changed their recommendation from "Strong Sell" to "Hold" and then back to "Strong Sell" during the last couple of weeks).
