it will be 30 days from when PAR submit a response however we do not know when PAR will submit the repsonse as they are not going to advise the market. The 60 days is on the assumption PAR takes 30 days from the last FDA request (30th July 21) to respond which would be end of August 21 meaning FDA have another 30 days to respond puts us out to 30 Sep. PAR may have already responded (as they stated they will submit their response "within the month") so the clock may already be ticking.... Keeping the shorters guessing with their pants half down.
