I actually hadn't thought about this, but funnily enough I had an MRI the other day so depending how well the treatment goes I could potentially get an MRI after treatment and get my specialist to see if there was any effect on the affected area. A mini trial of one perhaps... I will definitely keep you all updated on the treatment regardless!

The receptionist just called me up and gave me some more information on the chemist they are using for compounding. I asked if they knew if the company was repurposing Elmiron in the tablet form and she said she didnt believe so and went along some spiel of the chemist creating the PPS themselves. I might actually call up the chemist and ask how they are compounding it, but others who understand the drug and the compound please feel free to do so also. They have some pretty bold statements on their website and I am not certain on all of their information but alas here is the link provided of the chemist from the Drs practice.

As a side note, I asked about whether the Drs had heard about PAR. The result was a resounding yes and that everyone in the office including the Doctors are invested heavily in the company. A bit of confirmation bias for us all, eitherway I am good to know that these Drs are invested.
