If you’re living with chronic knee pain from osteoarthritis, our new program may help you regain some mobility and get you back to doing the things you love. In fact, after a recent successful trial1, we’re now making this program available to all eligible Medibank members.

We call it Better Knee, Better MeTM Developed in partnership with University of Melbourne and Austin Health, Better Knee, Better MeTM is a 12-month program involving: Exercise and pain management - up to 7 video consultations with a registered physiotherapist to build knee strength and manage pain. Weight management - up to 10 video consultations with an accredited dietician to support your weight loss goals. Throughout the program, these specialists will provide personalised support and guidance, with all accompanying program materials - including meal replacements, activity tracker, weight scales, information booklets – provided at no additional cost.
