We know that the pill format is approx 5% bio availability (read; uptake).
We suspect iPPS is in the order of 20 to 25%. Now does this sound like a lot more? Maybe...its at least 4 to 5 times, right?...but don't get too hung up on the uptake, it is the MOA ('mechanism of action', for those uninitiated) that counts...I am right in the middle of a post that touches on this...might be able to get it out tonight, if not, look for it during the week.
