I think you are refering to my post of 18/08/2021 in this thread? In that post I said that PAR are not going to inform the market when they have submitted their reposnse to the FDA regaridng the one question that is remaining (as advised by PAR). As a consequence we will not know when the 30 day FDA clock starts ticking.
PR has stated that PAR intend to respond by 31 Aug however we will not know if they actually do (because they aren't announcing it). I would work off a 1st October anouncement by PAR that the IND is open based on timeframes and no more questions from the FDA (but its no certainty and just based on announements todate).
Personally I would love to see a mid september announcement (15th sept) which would ignite the burners and gives us a shot at pirate day but based on announcement history PAR are not known for being early to the party.
