A favourite topic here has been the size of the market.
I came across a chart on the WBT thread which shows the take-up of new technology in terms of 100% of US households.
It looks like this:

Take a look at the telephone and radio.
Radio had a very steep take-up. The telephone was much flatter. Why, because the latter required infrastructure.
The internet has seen an even faster take-up than for computers, because the infrastructure was in place.
With Zilosul/iPPS we have no infrastructure to worry about,with proper planning we can make millions of doses within months.
The difference is we aren't aiming at 100% of households, just the 30m who are known to have OA for knees.
We can do our sums on that.
Anything else is icing on the cake.
