Respectfully, almost certainly not worth a read.
The 'author' has for sale on Amazon alone over 100 pages with 16 'books' each written since 2018 (1600 books in 3 years - what is he on and can I have some?), all with much the same boilerplate publicity blurb.
Commons to every one of his esteemed 'publications' the telling sales point 'with lots of room to note down your answers ......' - I suspect what you are buying is a blank book with a convincing looking front and back cover.
Avoid.
