Lots of emotion atm, understandably given the SP. However, important to remember there is also a war underway, and prior to that the market was trying to come to terms with rising inflation, QE being curtailed etc. Not a great time to be in bios, particularly speccy bios.
Still, I firmly believe PR should not have announced he was leaving the CEO role without someone ready to replace him. They could have started a confidential search (I think this would still be allowed for a listed company?).
The other thing that really rubbed me the wrong way was PRs reaction to the rem votes at the last AGM. He genuinely seemed to think that it was an issue of rem governance and the rem committee rather than a protest vote at overall management of the company.
