@Gan_Gans, very unfair implication you're trying to draw here. When I see a status box ticked on the official document which reads "this action is FINAL" I think its a reasonably fair assumption for me and the 50 other posters with the same take to make. See how this plays out over the next few months, who is right, and if they decide to keep the market informed of it. @Axlerod posted their note and reading this they didn't seem to say it was final and pointed to the appeal process so I don't think they're as doom and gloom as I am. I could say the same about a number of rampers who I think are widely suspected to be on the payroll. All IMO.
