hi get used to this post covid reality for ALL businesses .ignore the BS from state govts. we employ more than 150 in a med business and at any given time 20% aren't at work due isolating after close contacts. suppliers and deliveries are months behind and in some cases no longer available alternates being sought and dozens of business don't exist anymore etc and the state govts blithely ignore the destruction and pretend we are back to normal. forget about accurate planning or scheduling while these rules remain . public servants are similarly impacted .accept that the programme will be completed(and successfully) but toss the timelines out the door until we are genuinely out of the covid fog and months later businesses reestablish supply line restored and personnel return to work reliably
