Now rather than ignoring it, maybe a bit of reflection that the failure to get a CEO, the constant talk of partnership engagement by the Chairman, the lack of transparency of how much they burned due to the FDA delays when they are on record they set themselves up as "risk on" for trial commencement before IND submission, and the failure to raise at a higher share price makes this capital raise very large, and very ugly - akin to the last one where they raised at the extreme lows.
