You could be right, but I doubt PAR will raise all the funds they need in one hit. Wouldn't they just raise enough funds to see them through the next 12-18 months? Then raise again 18 months later, if needed? There are also various ways PAR can raise funds and cut costs, so they may not need to perform a CR for as much as we may think.

The Primary Endpoint readout for 008 is also due Q3 CY2022, so if they are going to raise funds, anytime after the top line readout will be fine with me. Let's just hope they make the announcement extra juicy and include the pain and function scores as well, followed by a mention that they're going to talk to the FDA about potential accelerated approval. That'll cause the SP to shoot right up.

Anyway, it seems PAR are taking the BIO International Partnering Conference in San Diego in June very seriously. So much so that PR has resumed the CEO role once again for his speaking engagement.......and Biomarin will be in attendance as well. Let's just say PAR are definitely putting themselves out there, so let's see if PR and co can deliver the goods.

The good news is we've potentially got two major catalysts dropping around June or July prior to when any CR will be needed.
