On 11/8 the
market cap was $453m @ $1.985 for 228m shares.

Today
the market cap is $408m @ $1.47 for 278m shares (implicit upon 50+3m shares being added).

So the company value has gone down after a CR!?

It looks to me that there is upside potential, unless the rise in the last month was due to insiders looking to balance acquisition at the interim price to get allocation at $1.30.
Just speculation.
If the market today is priced right, then some buyers in the last month will be looking to exit at some profit which would provide some resistance below $2 until 008 readout.
Anyway, i am here for the long haul and even found a few shares in another company to exchange for a slight top up.
