Thanks @Denial. I just had a look at my MRIs again and endplate changes don’t seem to be a part of my condition (facet joint OA - the facet joints are a little distant from the discs).

Marvelling right now at the complete absence of any sensation of arthritic pain or impairment, 6 months after my second pentosan treatment. Less happy about my elbow, which got caught in an arm bar while grappling and something snapped. It would be a great candidate for looking at pentosan for pain treatment and tendon repair, but no way to access for that indication right now.
