Yes it is, but don't get too excited, its OTC - Over the counter.
Its not actually listed on any US exchanges (Maybe in the future though?).
There are US brokers that specialise in this OTC kinda stock...will be much easier once we get listed but there are expenses involved in this and its prob a fraction too early to be thinking of that...maybe in a year or two from now with much more value behind us?
