Please read my FDA released letter link posted right above this one. Not the same type of information needed for approval.
After reading it and others posts regarding the FDA letter, I'm thinking that maybe they are starting to try and separate the drugs from human and veterinary use due to "quality control". Of course they never wanted to cross reference drugs between the two, but something is rustling the leaves out there.
