I am feeling a little naive regards your post PZ99 and after a quick search of consistency regards patents world wide I came upon many questions of potential concern. In reference to point one of your post PZ99 regards patent complexity and the ability of “free riders” to exploit the legality of a granted patent I provide the following with the last line a “highlight” of concern.
It suggests to me that PAR hold a patent on multiple indications based on a product not invented by them and in fact hold the patent for rather an “exclusive right” to use it. On a legal basis it appears a third party could easily out point the holder if push came to shove?

“The grant of a patent can be challenged either via a patent office or in a court of law. A court may invalidate or revoke a patent upon a successful challenge by a third party. In addition, many patent offices provide administrative procedures that allow third parties to oppose to the grant of a patent (including so-called "opposition systems"), for example, on the basis that the claimed invention is not new or does not involve an inventive step.”

How appealing it would be to receive some level of confidence from the company or even 51 Capital to alleviate the above possibility as a start but for sure multiple other questions regards the protection applied.
Scot Williams rightly presented IP as the main concern at his recent interview.
