As I said, not an ideal situation, one we would have love to have avoided sure.
But technically you are wrong. Paul has stepped into a MD role while they try and find a replacement CEO.
Yes of course we would like these roles to be separated but I would rather wait for the right candidate, why rush this? Specially when we are at such a critical and important point. We don't want to jam any ol' Joe into a CEO role to save face.
No no no no - we want the steady direction of the ship to be maintained...we will get these roles filled eventually with the right person in charge, let them take a bit longer to get the perfect candidate.
