IMO we have a captain-coach in PR who won a series 3 years back and has voting rights & contract terms that go on and on.
There doesn't appear to be anyone with the (SH voting) muscle to do anything about that. IMO we just have to put up with what we have got and hope that the key other shareholders whisper in his ear what they expect.
PS does anyone know if 51C have downsized their holding?
