cap51 have pretty much packed up retail shop. Scott is working with private investors and has outsourced the investment management. I have pulled out of my shares that were in cap 51 and just invested directly in PAR. I know that Scott is still a believer but his funds holdings may decrease as people like me reduce our cap 51 holdings.
