I also subscribe to Drug Patent Watch to get a feel of the legal challenges in the field - and for over a year I've gotten a feel for it. As a result, I've come to the conclusion Paradigm's patents are as strong as anyone else's (new or repurposed a patent doesn't categorise, as long as you have a new invention) but not at all be surprised if there is a legal challenge. It happens all the time in this field.
