In short, their business model relies on negligible peer review and inflated impact factors. Their revenue comes from article processing charges (APCs) paid by the authors. Check out the points made at the end of the link above.
I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with the review analysis and conclusions presented in the article you posted, just that the predatory reputation of the publisher suggests that the reader cannot be confident that it really is reliable. That is why I suggest readers should adopt a sceptical perspective.
