There are numerous ways to promote a business. A good Public Relations company will do this and can get articles written and published in respected media outlets. I see this all the time with numerous business in all industries. Also a decent international investment bank should be able to open doors to new investors and Bells and co don't seem to have the contacts to make this happen. If they have been doing investor presentations before and have not had any traction then they really need to have a look at how the information is being delivered and ask themselves why are they not convincing the investors who they are in front of that the drug they have is not the block bluster that PAR believes it is.
