PAR appear to have changed tact... now less promotion and attempted fan fare, focus on the science, trials and fda dsicussions/registration... they are always super reserved around their FDA stuff... i think they are 100% mindful of not stepping on FDA toes... and promotion will come later...
doesn't help the feel good share holding factor or the share price now though i feel...
