Gday PB, I can't specifically say whether I had 2mg or the reduced amount as I am still "blinded".
I'm fortunate my doctor was able to push through an application to be administered the real drug and felt as I did initially,in the trial I had received the placebo.
All blood, urine and synovial fluid biomarkers are all unknown to me AND the clinic staff, therefore I cant answer your question. However my mate was given the 2mg dose.
There is no further planned contact between myself and the (busy) clinic, I believe any anomalous results after "unblinding", such as you and Dungiven have suggested will be investigated. eg if biomarkers are reduced why not the pain and joint mobility.
