I reckon it's not the relationship that's watertight, it's the contract. My facts may be blurry, but - As I understand it, that contract for 25 years exclusivity takes effect from a certain milestone - maybe the day we get approval to market from the FDA. Also, we use the injectable PPS so they can freely continue to market other forms.
I could be way off the mark here, just my thoughts.
