On the other hand if responding to FDA still dragging on past August, PAR will have to do something or face another CR soon after. Actually, i don't think there are many hoops that FDA can come up with, just more on dosage and safety, which we can pass, but it will take time.

Which brings me back to how do we get enough new investors on board, -- US investors.
I think by now everyone knows what i think about that....

I only wish others would put some actual pressure on the board to do something useful which is SP positive, like
Sell MPS and get ADR type II. Oh i said it again, anyway,

Ceviche, Unfortunately "The Board" has always been a rubber stamp crew, that has just allowed Mr Rennie to do whatever he likes, without any checks & balances (allowing him to serve as Chair & CEO of another company was the height of...).
You have told them / him for at least 2 years and they have ignored the suggestion, you can only lead a horse to water.....
