I cant even pretend to know about why each and every party going in there and that's been in there would come out and not sign a deal.

There could be so many reasons why it hasn't gone binding yet. Depends on timing, what they saw, and what they offered or didn't offer. Maybe it was too soon, maybe the value wasn't there for either party?

It depends on a number of things ...all I know is that as time passes and our data increases our prospects look brighter and the deal metrics change presumably for the better.
