Yes the FDA did throw the spanner, but they threw the spanner because the basics weren’t done when they were meant to be and we had a red flag moment where the stupid rat had an issue, which caused the FDA to have a closer look. It’s the FDA’s job to scratch the surface and dig. We are a nobody in the BP world and we don’t get leeway.
