Sounds a bit desperate, clearly there are AE's at all levels. I guess they have already spent millions so far, they just want a return at any cost...lower does might be slightly better in terms of safety but sounds like payers/insurers arent going to be too thrilled. Im surprised they are still going ahead.
Hopefully we will get our iPPS out soon (a couple of years).
