Is it possible for PAR to speak with FDA and ask for an update on progress. Would seem a very reasonable question giving that the process has extended beyond the anticipated timeframe….then update our market accordingly….and if it isn’t possible then how hard is it to put out a 3 sentence non market sensitive announcement to say “we tried” “they won’t tell us” “hang in there everyone, we’re as desperate to hear as you guys are”….kind of like we’re all on the same team. Always staggers me how poor companies are at keeping shareholders informed….the really great ones stand out, and I’m lucky to hold one of them…completely different experience…..if I was PAR I’d employ Moz (with some temperance of his enthusiasm) and have him run the company or side of things…
