Short answer to that is the Bene are today very capable of ramping up production significantly. They have at least 2 manufacturing plants that are only running one shift out of a max of two or three. Increased capacity is easily achievable. They will have plenty of time and notice to increase to meet supply is what I am hearing from multiple sources. They can manufacture not in Kilos but in Tonnes.
It's possibly currently limited to give preference to trials in Europe and US along with some Australian numbers in both MPS and OA streams. When they need it they will expand and have the ability to do so.
