Well said Taipan. You're highly cynical of the process (obviously through experience), and sadly the closer I look at the holes in Deloitte's report the closer I am getting to your level of cynicism!
I hope that Andy Greig and NexusBattle can round up a white knight somewhere that isn't scared off by the stench of this deal thus far.
If I were to part with my shares for 2 cents I'd prefer that they go to anyone but DV, SGH, and for that matter LDM.
