Exciting times for Novonix, with Puregraphite anode plant going live this week.
We cannot wait to see Commercial Production, Finished Puregraphite anode material rolling off the line and being trucked and or trained to EV battery makers.
Let alone the cashflow rolling in!
Novonix's Battery Testing & Technology division is already expected to generate $A4-5million in FY 2020, but it is the Puregraphite anode material that will generate strong and growing profits once Commercial Production Commences and in time, Dividends for us shareholders.
There aren't many companies on the ASX that can match these profits and Discounted Future Cashflows.
Below are some of my calculations on Novonix's PUREgraphite profits in $A based on announcements made by the company of $US3k per tonne processing cost and $US8k-$20k per tonne sales revenues.
We’ll get a better picture of how much profit they will be generating as they announce production levels and as new EV battery maker supply agreements are signed.
