Totally true. I don't know if at the End it is 0.1 % or 2.0%, but in Principle: absolutely Yes ! (this is also Why I only in potential VERY Special Cases lend my Hands on, "Such" Ones -and have VERY, VERY, VERY strict "Criterias" for that. But hat is Another Issue -"too long" for here and now)
