Sounds like that 'word for word' quote she made which was stated about the cap raising last in October 2010 and under repeated asking subsequently referenced a document in Feb 2010 that showed the whole thing was made up.
Anyway, Butchy where's that link mate ? I cannot find the doc though this one is a June 2010 presentation it does not have those figures in it.
