Back when Ben gave the presentation to shareholders in Sydney he talked about Befesa, saying their recycling costs are higher than landfill costs and were therefore uncompetitive in the US market.
MHM's approach is to charge roughly the same as the landfill costs.
If you have time go back and find the post. (The poster doesn't refer to Befesa by name but does mention a european company.. it should be pretty easy to find)
