It is complicated and I always expected some post hoc analysis of the individual patients. What I didn't expect was the dramatic improvement in the placebo patients at 26 weeks. I don't think I'm alone in that.
With a 52 week study, even if at at the end any improvement in the treatment groups had plateaued, you would think the extra time would have diminished any placebo effect.
Perhaps a question for the AGM would be when will they update us with the 52 week data.
