From what I understand of the Northstar facility (speaking with people from both companies), it is Enormous scale, with large capacity for several isotopes. It sounds as though the scale for purchase is much too large. It does also sound like the scale for 67Cu production is there. But I haven’t seen stats on potential output and is that talking into account starting material shortages?
Having said that, 18F faced (and continues to face) starting material problems and it’s by far the widest used isotope in the world (to my knowledge) in Nuc Med.
