Fraught to compare antibody to small molecule delivery and i expect in the end the choice between them will be nuanced; one being used more for early stage disease and the other for late.

Then there's the possibility that kidney excretion causes permanent kidney damage especially at higher radiation doses.

It's certainly interesting to watch.
