In terms of managing an acquisition to maximize shareholder value we probably have the best person
in Australian biotech at the helm.
Allan was an investment banker for ten years in the biotech space. He basically raised a lot of the capital himself in the early stages and avoided bad deals.
He has been a marvel at capital raising and protecting
shareholder value and interests.
I have no doubt that Allen will extract th8e best possible deal when it comes and I trust that his timing will be spot on.
